Soccer is a game which is constantly evolving. The modern athlete is faster, stronger and more injury resilient than even five years ago and yet the average soccer camp spends almost all of it’s time on technique and tactics only.
After years of working with athletes at all levels and studying the physical demands of the game obsessively, both Corey and Chris have come to the conclusion that the formula for best results lies in a camp which combines technical/tactical work with fitness, specific conditioning and injury prevention to prepare serious players for what they will experience at the highest levels.
This means that the way we have set up our camp is extremely similar to the pre-season schedule of a professional football club or college team which combines technical and tactical sessions with strength and conditioning work throughout the week of training.
The camp will begin on Monday June 24th and last until Friday June 28th with sessions lasting from 9 AM to 12:30 PM each day. Players will experience both on the field sessions led by Coach Corey and Strength and Conditioning work in the gym with Coach Chris.
All players will also come away with an individualized performance evaluation and player packet of specific exercise for conditioning, weight training and flexibility/mobility work to address specific needs for the season.
The cost of the camp is $225 for the week and it will be capped at 30 players to ensure the quality and coaching remains at the highest level.
